What this covers
This policy describes how TrafficPros ("we", "us") handles information when you visit trafficpros.tech or use the TrafficPros dashboard.
Account connections
- We use the official connection method for each platform wherever one exists, and we tell you which we are using when you connect. We do not make a blanket promise about credentials across ten different platforms, because they do not all work the same way.
- Where a platform grants access through its own permission screen, our access is limited to what that screen shows you at connection time.
- Disconnecting an account removes our access to it. Your accounts and the content in them remain yours.
What we store
- Your TrafficPros account details (such as the email you sign up with).
- The content, schedules, and playbooks you create in the dashboard, so the service can run them.
- Engagement and performance data returned by the platforms you connect, used to power your analytics.
We do not sell your data.
Website analytics
Where analytics are enabled, this website uses a privacy-focused, cookieless service to count visits and understand which parts of the page are used. We set no cross-site tracking cookies.
